Experience
Comfortable with exterior wash + decon, two-bucket method, interior deep-clean, and basic paint-safe drying. Paint correction and ceramic coatings are bonus skills that unlock higher tiers.
Vehicle & mobile rig
A reliable vehicle that can carry your full kit. For driveway / no-hookup jobs, an on-board water tank (15+ gal) and a 2000W+ generator unlock more job types.
Insurance
$1M general liability is strongly recommended for solo pros and required for fleet contracts. Optional for residential jobs at sign-up, but we'll surface fleet jobs only once your policy is on file.
Standards mindset
Photo every job before/after, follow the tier scope, communicate ETAs, and treat the customer's property like it's your own. That's how we keep a 4.8+ network average.

Totally fine — most pros do. We just need photos of what you've got during onboarding so we can match it to the spec or a preferred-partner equivalent. Anything that doesn't meet spec, we'll point you to the preferred product list.
